Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after the order is placed.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unworn and unused
Be in their original condition
Have all original tags attached
Not have stains, odors, damage, or signs of washing

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or the wrong item was sent.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or would like to exchange an item, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or item is unavailable, you may be offered a refund instead.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned to Peak Side because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
